In order to reduce no-shows and allow better service for our clientele, first time guests of Americana will now be required to pay in advance in order to confirm their appointments. We appreciate your understanding.
Gift Certificate Policy
- Use of the Americana gift certificate card constitutes acceptance of these terms.
- Gift certificates are valid at Americana only for all products and services available.
- Gift certificates are valid for up to one year from the date of purchase and must be presented at time of service.
- Copies of gift certificates are not acceptable.
- All gift certificates are non-refundable.
- Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash.
